TLDR

What

Omnipractice is a tool (Practice management SAAS ) that helps therapists and mental health clinics run their practice more smoothly. Instead of using many different apps for appointments, notes, billing, and insurance, they can do it all in one place.

Why

Existing practice tools were disconnected, rigid and expensive therapists were spending more time managing software than focusing on care.

Role

I led product design from 0→1 — creating the design system, conducting user research, designing core features, and collaborating with a small remote team.

Impact

  • Reduced session conflicts with calendar syncing

  • Simplified billing and insurance claims

  • Enabled flexible client types (individual, couple, minor)

  • Created a form builder used by real clinics

  • Built a system that helped the team ship faster and scale with consistency
